Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Kiid Kreatiivez Network LLC does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products—whether physical merchandise or digital media. Once an order is placed and processed, the transaction is permanently closed.

Digital Goods: All purchases from The Rondo Vault or other digital collections are delivered instantly and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Physical Goods: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or wrong items ordered. If a physical item arrives severely damaged due to a manufacturer defect, you must contact us at kiidkreatiiveznetwork@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Replacements for defective items are issued entirely at our sole discretion.
